I don't think the stan world itself is unhealthy when positive, but yeah, the stan "wars" and conflict aren't healthy forms of expression IMO.

I have real world issues to concern myself with.

Hmm...I have thought of it, but I don't. I just avoid the things I don't like about this site...which is why I stay in Games.

True, there are healthy discussions too.

Yup. I personally aim to do the opposite - act here as I would in real life. It keeps me positive and it's healthier in the end, I think. I mean sure, shade, have some fun - but never take it seriously.

ATRL isn't cocaine. For me, I log out and maybe I don't log on for a day, maybe I don't log on for two weeks. It's just another website. Eventually, about 85% of the people in this thread will move on from it. The proof is the members from 2006 and earlier who have mostly vanished from this site.

Nah. If the stan wars start to annoy me, I just hang out in the charts section. Although it can get messy in there sometimes.

I don't quit websites, it's not that serious

When I'm not on ATRL I literally do not think about it at all. If I stop coming on then I stop coming on but I wouldn't call it quitting or anything

Especially because this forum is not what it used to be. The mods are corrupt and people hit the report button like they get something out of it. Some lighthearted shade hurts no one. If something said about your fave offends you that much you should probably take a breather. You don't even know these people personally. What is there to get offended about?
