This is a terrible idea....
firstly you will be depriving your body of irons and proteins and other vitamins.
secondly fruit has high sugar content.. all sugar diet will not end well.
Honestly losing weight is so easy. Drink water, eat clean WHOLE foods (not processed) and do 30mins of cardio a day. thats all it takes if you want to see your body slowly trim up.
