Im having a blast replaying X-2! its so colorful and the class system is really interesting. just building up my characters is enough to keep me playing for hours.

It's totally worth it. It's also on the Vita if you have one.

Ugh X-2 is so sad. I don't get how people couldn't get past the intro to see how it was just as dark if not more so than X.

tbh im just getting into all the new classes but they seem slightly useless for now. obviously because I haven't explored all of the abilities.

have you unlocked some abilities? how do you like it?

I picked the expert grid too and my Kihmari was completely useless for the most part, but at least I made him pick steal early. He's like a (bad) mix of Riku/Lulu, since I then made him go to Lulu's part and pick up spells after steal. I rather have an Auron Kimahri tbh. Yuna is amazing with black magic tho, her spells early on dealt much more damage than Lulu's.

Anyway, I think the expert grid has much less spheres than the standard one (just by looking at them both) so that's good if I decide to get the "complete sphere grid" trophies.

Trust me it is SO good. If you ever thought of owning a Vita now's a great time. So many good games.

Since I never was able to beat FFX before I'm excited to finally have Anima. I'm gonna try to pick up the Magus sisters tomorrow morning. Any suggestions on beating Belgemine's aeons? I beat Valfore, Ifrit and Ixion already. I was thinking Ifrit for Shiva, Yojimbo for Bahamut, maybe Anima for Bahamut and I have no idea for the rest. I've only used Anima once since I got her so I'm not sure if whats a good match-up.

The fights against Belgemine really are not that difficult. She heals you everytime. A good strategy is just to build up overdrives for Anima and Bahamut for the bigger summons. Anima's overdrive obliterated the Magus Sisters in one hit.

I remembered I had enough Chocobo Feathers (or Wings, unsure) to teach Shiva & Bahamut Hastega… basically melee them before they had a chance to build up their overdrives! (Bahamut for Shiva & vice-versa)…

I see you haven't beaten the game, yet…

I just got to the Thunder Plains and I am having a blast. I watched my brother play X when I was younger so I never got a chance to experience the full story but it's amazing.

Having way more fun with X-2 than X. But I'm already missing 1% three areas into the game and I've been following the 100% section of the guidebook to a T.

It's kinda funny. When I was a kid, this story was kinda too deep for me to understand… but now that I'm older, it's actually not as deep as I thought…
