There would be no point in a whole knew tour. That would mean a new stage, concept, set list, dancers, lighting, venue bookings, scheduling and logistics would have to be planned out.
The only benefit of a new tour would mean people who already went to TMCSWT would buy tickets expecting a brand new tour (not knowing they are basically getting one anyway with the revamped tour)
Hopefully she will do what Jay done and release a video saying more dates are coming in the future, although knowing Bey and her mission of silence we wont

It had huge exposure, but not actual promotion from the artist. That is what we/DG1 are referring too. Time for Bey to do some shows, interviews, magazines etc
