This happened also in my town two years ago, a clown would stand in a park near my highschool at nightime and just smile and say "haha" while holding sweets in his hands. Fortunately, he only lasted one week there but I didn't even want to go out of my house
When me and my friends saw him we were drunk and so tired that we RAN so slowly that clown bitch could have killed us, tear us in pieces and offer us as sweets while dancing the macarena. A MESS
Reminds of the time one guy dressed as the Grim Reaper and stood outside senior citizen center windows.
