All 3 ladies debuted around 2000 and from the looks of it, Alicia seems to be the one having a more of a long lived career...

Girl On Fire (The album) was a bit of a flop for her standards, but it's impact seemed to be stronger than both BJ and Lotus, considering Girl On Fire (The song) was in the top 20 for 25 or so weeks in the US, and was #1 in 3 countries and top 5 in 9 countries and top 20 in well over a dozen other countries. 3M copies were sold by the end of it (More than any single off of the Femme Fatale album despite ever reaching the top 10 in the US, or at least I think it did)

We could also take it back to the previous efforts

Bionic- 800K+
Femme Fatale- 1.7M+
The Element of Freedom- 4M+


Alicia also has more Grammy's than the two of them combined, including one she just won for Girl On Fire. Actually, she has more grammy's e than most contemporaries today bar Beyoncé.

Alicia won't flop as hard as them since she is a hard worker. She is passed her prime, tho.

I find her image isn't as big as her numbers

and she doesnt do endorsements or get involved with fashion etc

I don't think she'll flop worse then BJ or Lotus but I don't think it'll outsell GOF tbh. Her peak was 2007 tbh. As long as the next album has good quality I think that's all that matters tho.

She promotes the hell out of her music.... Girl on Fire anyone?? She was everywhere lol
