Weezy!
Expect one of the biggest jumps in the albums chart when Rihanna jumps likes 125 spots.
Cherish BOMBING!

Jesse will most likely be off the chart by July. So sad.

Funny, that's what I was about to ask. It seems that there wasn't that much promotion for the album. The only promotion I saw was that they were on TRL.

Either way .. Both Kanye West and Lil Wayne both had huge debuts and people raved about how great they are. Meanwhile, Kanye West has only sold another million since his first week debut. I don't see Lil Wayne doing much better. Does anyone think he has any mainstream singles left on that album? (I haven't listened to it yet but I DON'T like Got Money at all and don't think it will do anything even with T-Pain on there. I think he will stall at 2million.

Wow, this fell quickly after the re-release
And even if Rihanna does only debut with 50k, it will get her album back into the top 10, and the way I look at it is that she scored another chart topper, which was worth it alone

Only 50k for The Offspring? That's sad, but still good enough for top ten.

I honestly don't know what Janet can do at this point... she cameback from her comeback already. The only thing that I think would be left for her to do to try to sell this next album (if there ever is one at this point) is bring back her voice and leave behind the breathy whispers. Mariah had the same problem and Emancipation of Mimi's production help make that less noticeable. I suggest she work on her singing voice and leave behind the breathy whispers and robot-production..... But I mean, if she tried to comeback, I think this is the LAST comeback that she can have. On a positive note, she does have MTV on her side again and I think they even feel sorry for her at this point so all she needs to do is deliver.

As long as Jive actually pays for the certification, I don't mind.

That’s because Capitol Music Group’s Coldplay will debut at #1 on the HITS Album Sales chart next week with their latest, Viva La Vida, thanks to record-breaking sales at iTunes, with a total that should be between 650-700k, and possibly even higher.

I knew it!

Capitol’s Katy Perry is up next, as the “I Kissed a Girl” It Girl is showing some real strength with between 45-50k in first-week sales for her new, Perez Hilton-endorsed album, One of the Boys.

Oh, wow! Poor Katy.

I'm positive she'll eventually comeback. It's just that right now is not her moment.
