My mother is a hairstylist , and has been one for over 20 years, she has white, asian, and african american clients, I grew up in a hair salon as a child watching my mother so I'm well aware on this topic also.
Ofcourse Weave's can be damaging to the hair but that is only if you don't remove them soon after getting them, AND if you fail to wash, and care for your natural hair in between.
Or when its not sewn in properly.
Really annoys me when i see girls with weave and their tracks are showing; natural hair bursting at the seams and all sorts. You are a person with a lot of knowledge which is great to see.

She should do. I think their is a gap in the market for a pop girl who actually provides choreography in her videos. She's a great dancer, singer and writer; complete trifecta. 2 On can be what Replay should've been last summer.
& besides, she's been on the mixtape grind for last two years. She should be ready.
So when Rih looks lighter in some photoshoots there is no bleaching, white washing jokes, but Bey has to be bleaching and not want to be Black ? I'm sure the lighting made her seem a different skin tone than usual.

I never said Bey was bleaching. I just think L'Oreal purposely made her look like a white woman. This isn't just Beyonce specific. Beauty companies always try to whitewash black/asian women.
