But, let's be honest, at least one third of those songs tend to be filler. Albums until not long ago had maybe 10-12 songs tops. It should go back to that. 10 good to great songs for maybe 4.99-6.99. Having all those secondary tracks leads buyers, especially the younger ones without much disposable income, to cherry-pick tracks or buy just the singles. The record labels end up losing in the end. The days of moving 6 to 10 million copies of many albums in one year are long gone.
