Genius moment from a bona fide Little Manager here:
Should she release ARTPOP Act II, it should be part of an ARTPOP re-release and come as a bonus disc edition of the album. That way there will be Blurred Lines between the ARTPOP and the Act II sales so they can merge and be augmented in a TF(M) sort of way, and then it would mean that the standard ARTPOP could be knocked down to a lower price too.
