It sounds like a complete mess and will likely end horribly, but I wouldn't snitch. Just make sure your friend isn't being taken advantage or being pressured into doing things he doesn't want to do. If you see or hear anything even heading toward that, then you should say something. And try to keep your friend from having unrealistic expectations about the relationship: he's obviously just a hook up. But to be real, any 22 year old who dates a 15 year old is a complete disaster.
