COURTENEY Cox is said to be desperate for a film version of the hit TV series Friends.
The actress, whose latest project Dirt was cancelled, is looking to cash-in on the success of the 10 season series.
A source said: "Courteney has already spoken to a lot of the old gang and most of them are eager to do it."
After apparently seeing the success of the Sex And The City movie Courteney is eager to make the same move with Friends.
But it seems Jennifer Aniston isn't as keen on the idea.
According to the source, Jennifer is worried that going back to her character, Rachel Green, will destroy her future career prospects.
The star, who is said to be dating John Mayer, has long been reported to have no interest in taking on her Friends role again.

Yeah, because she's everywhere right now and she has so much stuff on her plate. She better go for the sure bet, because I don't think she'll be winning any oscars anytime soon.
FRIENDS
love the show would love to see it as movie or atleast maybe more seasons
They should start the move off like 10 years later and we'll see whatever one is up to and the twins and emma all grown up
Ahahaha....she's great in that movie....but some things are better off left in TV land rather than the big screen. Her F.R.I.E.N.D.S are so gonna turn into E.N.E.M.I.E.S if that movie into Flopland. Think carefully....Courtney...
You know, if they make a "Friends" movie, maybe they'll actually have black people in this episode. I find it hard to believe that black people didn't live in NYC. I mean, I know it wasn't filmed in Harlem, but come on, people...diversify!
