Congratulations, reverse racism. White people must be so miserable now.
It does exist, but trying to compare them is a FALLACY.

The term "reverse racism" bothers me so much, it's racism if someone is being singled out because of their race.

Racism on an individual level can be done to anyone by anyone.
Institutional racism is something that cannot be done to whites because they hold the power in the economy and the media as well as the justice system.

This is true for Western countries but give it 15-20 years and Asia will hold all the power on a global scale.

Yes.
But white people can't face institutional racism.
Also I think historical discrimination of, for example, Jews or Romani people, even though they are considered "white" (and yes, Jews are a nationality, not only religion) is racism as well. For example, in my country, Poland, Hitler's people easily differentiated Jews who are darker than Poles and have different facial features.

Being Jewish is NOT a nationality. It's a religion and only that.
and in regards to OP, yes anyone can experience racism. Racism does not mean you have to be enslaved or beaten up, a simple comment about your race in a negative way is racism. So in that way everyone can experience it. However, certain races in certain countries experience it to a worse degree than others.
