What do you interperate from the G.U.Y. music video? What is the meaning of it?
To me the beginning is her wounded from everyone turning on her and she falls from the top. That little troop are the fans that are sticking by her and giving her reason to move on. They help heal her and she comes back as this stronger G.U.Y.
That scene with the money canons is a depiction of how the industry only cares about the money they make. They don't care about the artist or the music. So she gives them what they want... and then kills them all.
I interpreted as her hip break period where people didn't care about her as a person, only for her money. She talked about this on LM.com. Then the castle is her recovery, and the office scene is her getting her revenge on the greedy executives of the industry
People were here for money and were obsessed with that. (They're taking money on the ground + at the end, they shot money to distract them).
Then she's accepted in some crazy place. And they want to create a new humanity with people who actually care and are respectful (MJ, Jesus, Gandhi). They're trying to replace the obsessed-by-money ones by these new G.U.Y.s
it's all the things she said about ARTPOP. Being kind, being free, etc.
