I think the only reason they end up being wars is well , ego's. One country doesn't want the other to think they can get away with undermining them or some "countries" just think they have to help everywhere, which is understandable given that sometimes innocent people are dying and can't hep themselves. But idk I guess for me I don't see it been necessary
