G.U.Y.'s video streams only count for G.U.Y.
Director of Billboard charts
To clear past confusion. Some thought all 4 songs included in the video would receive streams to chart.

It should count for all 4, though.
The monsters could use "ARTPOP got 8 songs charting on the Hot100!!11! anyway" during the G.U.Y era.

Harlem Shake was the only song shown in the videos for it.
G.U.Y. video has Venus, ARTPOP, G.U.Y., and Manicure were shown in it which is why people thought it'd count for all of them.

Those were viral videos streaming one song. This is one video with 4 different songs. She'll still get streaming from other sources.

It's not an issue with it being partial songs, it's the fact that the video is intended for G.U.Y.
That's like complaining that a B-Side isn't sharing the #1 slot with an A-side single.
