A pop star caring about their fans is an important attribute to me. Unless an artist is FANTASTIC artistically, I'm less prone to be their fan unless they care about their fans to a notable extent.

I stan for an artist not only for their work, but who they are as a person and what they stand for. Gaga does it excessively at times... I will admit. Disregarding your fans is bitchy though, in my opinion.

I saw Taylor at Disneyland and my friend told her he was her biggest fan (which he wasn't) and she was like wut and walked right past him. Probably cause everyone did the same though and Disneyland has like 935789340589340580 people. Lmao

But she has fought her security guard to see her fans. It was probably cause my friend looked nothing like a typical fan of hers and he's male......so she gotta watch her back for the pervs.

Fans are the support system for an artist, they're the main reason the artist is able to do what they do. They should definitely show them love.

Not ppl voting Rihanna when she talks to them on instagram daily. When she offered to pay for the funeral of a murdered fan. When she actually put effort into bringing fans backstage who already left the venue...
