Neither do I, but Idolator said it was posted there.... Maybe it used to be there but they removed it, or Idolator was looking at a different SoundCloud account? I don't know. Regardless, I thought it was strange considering what the rest of the ARTPOP single covers look like with that border around them and the writing in the bottom corners.
