Beyonce's 2009 Vogue Cover is the thread with the most pages ever at TFS, where people who actually care about fashion and follow every campaign, editorial, runway show and magazine WW.

The sad this is that it's not a shake up for US Vogue, it still has it's same format it's had over a decade, the same uninspired photographers and irrelevant editorials, it doesn't have the edge or innovation that other magazines like i-D or Interview have.

Whoever gets the cover month-by-month is all circumstantial. Kim and Kanye getting chosen for this month's cover doesn't push all those other talented female actresses out of the picture. If they really wanted a cover from Vogue, I'm sure none of them would actually have a problem getting a cover from Vogue in the future. It's just Kim and Kanye's moment to shine. You don't have to like it, but don't tear them down with disrespectful sh*t because you don't agree with the decision. Let them be happy for their accomplishment people.. geez

Kim has worked so hard and nonstop for this moment, she has nothing but the utter most admiration and respect for fashion and Vogue. Her shining personality and career moves have finally paid off. People are so disrespectful towards this poor girl and her finance, especially in this blessed moment for them, it's their turn to shine and I'm sure many of their fans will be so happy, specially since they are an extension of her family and family always comes first. Its so sad that during this great time of accomplishment many people would like to spread their negative influences like this, one would hope a positive outcome would come out of this traumatizing situation, at the end of the day god has a higher plan for us all.
