My family is originally from Fresno. I agree with you but Cali is going downhill.
Social equality? They JUST turned over Prop 8 last year, banned Affirmative Action, overrun with illegal immigrants, MS-13 gang violence, high cost of living, and their government is a zoo.
I think alot of people think all of Cali is like Hollywood and what they see in the movies.
California is not a bad State, it's just not what it used to be.
