Everything's possible. But as someone who was cheated on I must say that if you feel the need to have sex with someone else, break up with your bf/gf first. You probably don't love them that much anyway if they're not enough for you and it'll break their heart much less. It's not like they won't find out in the end if you try to keep it a secret, they will.
