You clearly do not know how things work behind the scenes. If Gaga's vision for AP was good enough that all her team believed in it, they all wouldnt have bailed and bowed before/during its promotion. And the lacklustre music on the album speaks for itself.

As for Banks, she is in a recording contract therefore her label has the legal right to hold her to that - they usually last upto ten years which means she legally cannot release even ONE SINGLE until they allow her to. If she leaks it, she gets sued for millions. Stupid of her to sign a contract that she didnt understand. Poor dat.

they CAN sue her for millions though. How do you not understand that? A mainstream album release + production is over 500k. Not to mention promotion costs, the development deal she has already been signed for (they have already spent a lot of money on this hack). They can pretty much sue her for the entire potential earnings for a ten year contract, they wont win that much but they CAN do it. And they can also stop her from moving to any other label for the potential entire duration of the original contract which could be upto ten years. Not that another label will sign her after this mess/behavior.
