“Blackout” has sold 861,000 albums in the U.S. according to Nielsen SoundScan. Additionally, the Spears has sold 3.1 million digital downloads of the songs and remixes from the “Blackout” album.

No, "sold 3.1 million digital downloads of <the songs>" POM and GM both went Platinum, BTI sold over 300k, im sure the rest of the sales of the songs could bring the combined amount to 3.1 million.
