I believe this doesn't sounds completely like her other albums, that's why somewhere in the future we'll be comparing her new album with "Shakira". But the sound of Shaki eras are so diverse that it isn't possible not compare them. With that said, I believe that there's nothing from DELL on "Shakira" (the closer is Loca por Ti, as you said, but that's way more Sale el Sol IMO). I can hear some Pies Descalzos tho, that is arguably her best record apart of DELL.
But overall, this record sounds IMO like Oral Fixation 2 (her best English album) and She Wolf (ironically, her worst comparing, but still epic).
