Even if G.U.Y. peaks at 60, I don't think I'll ever be able to call it a flop. This is EVERYTHING I've wanted.
Right? If the vid is good and she tries to do promo, I expect NOBODY to melt down over this. It's gone literally exactly, so far, how the fanbase has been begging her to do a single for ages now.
Applause was a very well done video, it just didn't do much for a comeback single and video. Should have been a little bit more epic but I love the visuals! Swan Gaga and the Gaga walking through that purple haze.
All of this really proves that she didn't have enough time and effort to pull of Applause video.

Yup. She said she got a week to shoot, produce, and edit the whole project for the Applesauce video. She also said she spent six days just shooting this one.
Guys, the preview is so amazing. And I think we didn't see half of what is coming. She looks so good. The song is amazing. The video seems so great. Everything I wanted.
I also kind of want this to be a longer video - not MTN long, but I would honestly not mind a Paparazzi-Telephone-Y&I type of video here. Shoot me, but I love her longer vids usually and MTN is still my favorite.
I'd be so happy if she continued this onslaught. Regardless of charts and sales success. Focus on raising and maintaining her profile in preparation for the next album.

- Getting Fashion! used in a summer clothes store ad campaign.
- Sexxx Dreams as a scandalous sexy video during the summer, perhaps remixing and being used as a single.
This way, a huge chunk of ARTPOP will have been heard and the more people hear and like - the better. They'll be more inclined to support the next album even it they don't buy this one.
