and based on your logic, Starbucks should be serving no other products other than coffee at their coffee shops. Yet they serve snacks, baked goods, teas, juices, chips, fruit snacks, etc.

Those things, reasonably, go together. It's fine how it is. If you want a wine bar, go to a wine bar. Adding that whole concept to it is just so unnecessary.
I only used Starbucks for their cold drinks and pastries. Good idea.
