If it only plays one song on either side, then clearly the center ring is what it plays on. The rest is just empty space.

When I read the title I thought it meant that they were putting the broken vinyls they smashed during the AIF video on sale

It says it will be release on " Record Store Day" which is like April 18th and I think it will only be available at some Record Stores.
