I've had my hip, femur, knee and tibia replaced on my right side.
I've had five ribs removed
And I've had my jaw taken out and reconstructed using my fibula

My next surgery to remove my left pelvis is scheduled for April 4th

No...getting wisdom teeth removed is the closest I've come to ever having a surgical procedure.

I went through a windshield when I was 19. Had 3 rhinoplasty surgeries on my nose. My left great toe had a compound fracture, in which took two surgeries to put back in place.

I've had all my wisdom teeth taken out as well.

Bilateral saggital split osteotomy and genioplasty.
