Priyanka Chopra SLAMS Gay Sex Criminalization

India has been the torchbearer of acceptance and tolerance for thousands of years, where diversity is not just a slogan, but a source of pride. And now we're relegating an entire community into darkness and shame? And all because of a law brought to us by foreign colonists?
People should realize that everything is connected and it's these same regressive attitudes towards homosexuality that promote patriarchy, gender inequality, violence against women, caste discrimination, Islamophobia and countless others issues tearing India apart.

It's great to see how progressive people are, but I agree with the Supreme Court's decision. Some random court judge shouldn't be allowed to take laws and throw them out. It's a slippery slope.
