I flossed every night a couple months ago but I've been to busy to get super floss since I have a permanent retainer on the back of my teeth.

Every other day. I don't always eat foods that can get stuck in my teeth. I immediately floss brush floss everytime i eat candy tho. IDK why

When I had braces I never flossed, and then when I got them off I went to the dentist with beautiful teeth and they checked the inside of my gums and my gums were terrible So now I floss every day and my gums are flawless

SERVE those flaw free gums and straight teeth.

Everyday before I go to bed. I usually can't do it more than that or my gums will hurt.
