omg yeah I forgot, stupid Jeremy, the ONLY reason they even brought him back is because they wanted to make Elena 'good' again. Other than that he has no point. The fact they killed of great characters such as Alaric instead makes it even worse.
Also these last episodes without Elena were actually good, she's the most useless main character of all time.
