She needs to lose the trashy short blonde hair and stop always pulling out her tongue. She'd be so hot with longer brown hair, she'd actually come across more as sexy than trashy I think.
Sexercise isn't very good. So it would flop anyway.

Miley doesn't have the natural sex appeal, unlike Kylie. She is still very forced and manufactured in the sexuality department.

Miley already did WCS, Wrecking Ball and Adore You. GP wouldn't be surprised imo.
Kylie looks amazing in Sexercise btw! She's so freaking hot.
