The electro-pop stuff on her last record > most of ARTPOP and BTW
Bang bang bang, I'm breakin' in
Stealin' all my love back, Givin' it to him
Bang bang bang, this time I win
I thought your love was all that, till I let him in
You're gonna be the one, you're gonna be the one
You're gonna be the one, you're gonna be the one that's mopin'
You're gonna be the one, you're gonna be the one
When I'm done havin' fun, you're gonna be the one that's broken
Courtney Legend already resolved that problem though. Poor Moo.
Wait, what are you trying to say here? As far as I'm aware, she's released three singles from this mythical record, if you don't count Triumphant (which I assume was on the drawing board for the album too) so they're clearly waiting for something to happen.
Though, with all this being said, she could release the album on May 5th and do Celine's last numbers and it'll all be grand anyway, so whatever.
No, just no. Yeah you could say she wants a hit - as every artist wants their single to do well but the singles performances are not holding her back from releasing it.
The original date July, got posted because it was June and we had no info even tho Beautiful was a hit. She then revealed the album wasn't finished.
She then planned Fall, but she injured herself really bad so she couldn't do anything. So then obviously she wouldn't release Q1 and get dead sales on top of bad singles so she planned a Spring release and put out a single this year to warm us up.
The Art of Letting Go wasn't even sent to radio and had no video. Single success is not her main concern.
Come on and take me to the other side
I'm blown away when I look into your eyes
I'm so in love I think I'm gonna crash
And get whiplash, whiplash, whiplash
It's up to you and I don't wanna give you clues
We're moving fast I think we've got enough to lose
So don't look back or else we're gonna crash
And get whiplash, whiplash, whiplash
