Roar sold 7.8M in 2013 (BTW sold 8.2M in 2011 with half the radio support) and PRISM ain't selling 7M albums WW while the impact of BTW is bigger than Katy, ha eras combined, so I have to vote for BTW

Roar sold almost 10M copies (and it's still Top40 in the biggest markets), PRISM is showing great longevity on the Global Charts and it's still Top10, The Prismatic Tour will be massive and Dark Horse is currently slaying WW.

That could change if Katy manages to sell 7 million with PRISM though.

As far as pop culture impact id say Born This Way too.

'PRISM' era. It's already spawned 2 #1 singles and I think it will end up selling close to the 7 million* that BTW sold**, but Prism will do it with far less promotion and without a year worth of buzz ahead of its release. Also, as far as popularity and buzz goes, it's a new peak for Katy, while 'BTW' was the beginning*** of GaGa's downfall

PRISM is showing more longevity atm and it will have more singles *worthy* that will help the album. Roar was bigger than BTW, Unconditionally was bigger than Judas and Dark Horse bigger than Edge Of Glory. We'll see the album sales in the future tho.
