I love to hear artist talk about the creative process in making their album.It must be true that artist just "don't" have the time to collaborate cause Kylie seems like a really genuine person, and I would think an artist would have no problem working with her. Also, it's crazy how she said Frank Ocean, that would be a pretty chill collaborate.
