Gia and Laganja need to go home. Both of them were insufferable during untucked and I haven't been impressed by them in any of the challenges. There are some many amazingly talented queens this season that I see absolutely no need for them.
Bianca is reality TV gold, by far the funniest queen. Courtney really impressed me this week but I felt disappointed by Adore's performance. I expected more. I preferred Ben over her this week. Milk did well too.
Joslyn is really growing on me though! She's in my top 6 now.

Jinx & Alaska were similar in being the campy queens. I definitely wanted Jinx to win, but Alaska was the definite runner-up.
Fan votes can swing the winner either way. Everyone knows that.

Girl EVERYONE knew Jinx was going to win. If you think the editing isn't set up to make sure a certain person wins the fan vote then you're a little delusional. The whole season was edited to make Jinx look like the underdog vs the bullies. Queens have even said that the producers asked the other queens to help Jinx with her makeup so she'd look better (which didn't really work because she looked busted half of the time)

Darienne is so annoying with her unwanted opinions. Milk's drag is just as much "drag" as Darienne's. So ignorant. She sounded dumb on the past Untucked episode where she was talking about dating other drag queens too. Like, girl, you've looked terrible every week (except your makeup) and you consider yourself top 3? Delusional, ignorant, annoying... BYE

I think it was really a toss up between the two. Alaska really owned that courtroom seen and the final speech... but after the lip sync against Detox, it was kind of obvious the judges had begun to favor Jinkx overall. Roxxy became the awkward Chad Michaels that no one really saw it for.

Alaska should've won last season, & Roxxy shouldn't have been top 3 IMO.
It should've been detox or Alyssa there tbh.

Roxxy would have been sent home by Alyssa had it not been for her embarrassing, fake meltdown on stage.

I wonder why every year the more glamour geared queens still seem to look down on the comedy or camp queens. I was kind of irritated when even the judges questioned Milk's beard, especially because he really had the best outfit on the whole challenge.
Gia is obviously incredibly ignorant,
so I'm not surprised by her attack on Milk... but for Darienne to question it was a little grating to me. That's the second time where's she's been extremely closed-minded about something that many people do.
I hate seeing people being put into a box, and you'd think with Sharon winning people would understand it's not always about putting on your prettiest wig, sexiest outfit and painting your face down. Sometimes the judges want to see you shake things up. Milk is the only person on the show this season that's really doing that...
**Milk Rant**
...but I will have to say I'm a bit disappointed with Milk for refusing to adapt. He's still my favorite, but he's being muffled on the show because what he's doing is already losing it's shock value. I think the reason Sharon excelled with her camp is because she really knew how to make her character glamorous without losing the spirit of it. Milk seems to be reaching for shock value instead of letting it happen naturally. Being pregnant should have been enough.
vs.
Like, look how ****ing good she looks. If she had worn hair and shows that was an obvious nod to true glamour, then she'd have probably been in the top 3. Her role in the musical was pretty good.
IDK, I just think she's trying to hard and it's going to be her downfall.
**Laganja, Gia and Trinity Rant**
What the **** is with her crying all the time.
I was so irritated when she went of about it being her time.
Girl, grow up. I'm glad Bianca is calling these girls out on acting their age because it's showing. Trinity is insecure about EVERYTHING! I will never understand people who need a pat on the back every time they blink.
Then poor little Gia....
I'm glad Joslyn read her a bit because
she really is making herself look stupid by turning into the Phi Phi of season six.
**Adore Rant**
I still don't see it for her. The only reason she was in the top 3 is because she had a decent voice. She still looked a messs and failed at being a leader (for the second time). Then she had the nerve to come for Milk for stepping up to the plate. It's just obvious that Milk understands that as a leader you have to worry about the entire group and not just yourself. That's Adore's biggest problem. She doesn't take advice well and she's a horrible leader.

Alaska was close to Jinkx in the fan votes though. I remember seeing that. Roxxxy had NO chance either. Alaska won people over by not being a bully. She read people occasionally and was shady, but she also didn't involve herself in the stupid drama. I loved Alaska for that.

This, and also the double wig attempt. She was basic at most.

Darienne should've been in the lip sync. She literally did nothing and was so forgettable, and her runway look was terrible, while Trinity and April both tried hard even though they had bad positions & both looked good.

As someone who has done fishy drag in the past, and who has both fishy AND artsy drag friends, let me say this:
Fishy Queens get mad at the weird queens because sometimes weird queens DO use their weirdness as an excuse to be lazy and not put in much effort. And sometimes fishy queens resent that because the standard is higher for them (i.e. judges KNOW that fishy queens are going for "real girl" so they know exactly what to judge for - the padding, the makeup, the outfit, etc. With weird queens, you don't always KNOW what they're trying to do, so you don't know what to judge them on, and so a lot of judges will rank them highly so they don't appear like they're "closed-minded" and don't "get it.")
I've seen queens spend HOURS on their looks to achieve perfection, only to get outshined by a queen who literally spent only 20 minutes on their face in the green room because the queen was weird. That's frustrating, especially when you're a perfectionist like most of the fishy queens tend to be.
Also, Milk suffers because she's just not polished, and that was a problem for her last night.
The thing with doing weird drag is this: drag is about female impersonation, first and foremost. There's gotta be a level of realness. So, if you DO go weird, 2 things are really important:
1) The weirder you are, the more OBVIOUS your concept needs to be. Even if you're doing weird drag, people still need to know what you're doing. It can't just look like you walked onto the runway wearing just anything.
2) You STILL need to be polished. The makeup needs to be right. The hair needs to be right. The outfit needs to fit (unless the joke is that it DOESN'T fit and then that needs to be obvious). You still need to be put-together. Organized chaos.
Milk wasn't either of these things this week. The wig was ratty (but not ratty ENOUGH to be funny). The dress was ugly and didn't fit (but not ugly enough and ill-fitting enough to be funny).
And we've seen Milk do GOOD weird drag. Her entrance look and her Pinocchio look were both flawless. Everything looked right (hair, makeup, shape), and it was HIGH CONCEPT. You could look at her and KNOW what she was doing.
But this week there was no CONCEPT to it outside of the pregnancy belly, and so she just looked a mess. And it DID look like she was just using her "I'm weird/I'll never be one of the pretty girls/you don't get it" attitude to excuse lazy drag, and I think THAT'S why Gia got on her ass.
EDIT: Sorry y'all. I did NOT mean to write that much...

Why do people always say the fan vote matters… Ru always says that final decision is hers, so you can vote for whoever you want, but Ru makes the decision.

I get the feeling that Milk may be getting set up to fail in the next episode. I actually wouldn't be surprised if she went home, even though I was expecting Trinity and Gia to go next.
I think it's a fairly safe bet that
Milk, Trinity, Gia and Darienne
are the next 4 to go home.

I actually understand why the other queens are coming for Milk's looks. It goes beyond just being "campy" or "weird" or "out there." Milk's looks are just plain messy. They don't look good in any context.
When Sharon would do an "out there" look, it would still be very polished and well put together. Milk's looks always seem unfinished. The wigs are awful, the make-up is bad... it just looks thrown together for the sake of being weird.
Like, I can't even handle people trying to compare Milk to Mathu Andersen. Like, no girl. Mathu's looks are always immaculate, polished, and snatched.
I loved Milk in her first episode, but she's gone on to disappoint me ever since.

I'm actually surprised at how good all the girls did.
Milk was serving vocals, but I'm glad Courtney won the challenge. I was here for adore too, but homegirl flopped the last two episodes and got by with luck.
And y'all better stop hating on my girl laganja estranja. She's EVERYTHING!

I don't think it matters. This is drag and it holds no rules. A fishy queen chose to do that kind of drag, no one made them, so they need to stop complaining because it requires more effort to be "fishy". Yet it also requires effort and personality to be camp, or have a concept for a character.
Edit: But I do agree that Milks look this week was not put together.
