I don't care at this point if it leaks and she only sells one copy WW.

I hope you guys realize that lack of promo isn't RCA's or Roc Nation's fault. It's Shakira's. I'm convinced that she thinks she's so passed that. Everyone who wanted to interview her went to Barcelona to do so. This shows how bad the situation is.
