I don't hate my Dad, I just have nothing in common with him. We literally only small talk because we have nothing else to talk about.

I don't live with my dad and I can't stand him. He's the total opposite of me and I still don't understand why my mom married him.
I love them both and they accepted me when I came out at 19, but I think it really hurt my dad that I took so long to tell him and that I ever thought he wouldn't be accepting of it. I mean I always knew he would be, but ya'll know... Mum and I have always been close, but she does drive me a little insane.
