Yes but the fact that she's touring Azerbaijan and Israel yet not South Africa, Ghana or Kenya just because of their ticket prices is just kinda selfish
The Israel date is less than 3 months away,so if it's true it'll most likely be confirmed by the end of the week..and I think she should go to south Africa.I'm positive she could have some record breaking attendance.

You have no idea whether she is going to tour Africa or that she is actually touring Israel

I think she could get attendance in hundreds of thousands.
And she's already played a 17k venue in Serbia for less than $50 avg. ticket price so I don't see why not ZAF whre she could play 90k stadiums for at least $55 per ticket.
