Both of my parents worked full-time as doctors when me and my three siblings were kids, would you actually tell a couple with 4 children that they're lazy for not wanting to clean the house after 12 hour shifts?
My step-dad and mom both work 12 hour days and find time to clean the house.
My parents have a cleaner that comes once a week. She just does the grunty jobs like cleaning the shower, bathroom, toilet, mopping and vacuuming. I mean, someone gets work out of it and cleaning ain't glam but it's income for the worker.
My mum gets a cleaner/gardner that comes once a fortnight because of her severe nerve injuries and we've had them for nearly 10 years now and we treat both of them like family, they even eat dinner with us sometimes. I respect anyone who can clean an entire house and then make time to go home and cook/clean for their own families without complaining.

When I go back home for the holidays I go to hang out with friends and family and have fun, not to do chores A sandwich, my bed, lunch, entrees for a party I'll throw, anything I need made But it's their job, and we pay them well (much better than some other people) Nothing wrong with being able to hire someone who's willing to provide a service.
My parents have always had full-time, live-in maid.
There's nothing obnoxious about it at all lol, they're paid really well so i'm not seeing the problem with paying someone else to do the stuff - cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardening, general housekeeping- that they're otherwise too busy to do.
And over time they feel like part of the family.
We have 2. A permanent and a casual. They're a god send. I ain't got time to be cleaning. They're a little nosey tho, once she walked in on me in bed with a guy to do 'a light dust' bitch knew exactly what she was doing
A sandwich, my bed, lunch, entrees for a party I'll throw, anything I need made
