If you want the true tea it's that Batman has the best rogues gallery of any comic book hero. The Joker, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Ra's are all so iconic.

like simple? bland? a complete 180 on everything the original writers worked hard on as far as continuity and ****ing thematic principles just so they can make it appeal to a bunch of children that would've liked the original show for what it was

It's indisputable. The Dark Knight Rises is the 2nd best imo, but it's often overshadowed

Man of Steel was good, Arrow slays, Smallville dominates anything they're planning for Superman, the Dark Knight is the best thing ever made in cinematic history aaaaaaaaaand... let's just hope Wonder Woman's movie doesn't suck

I agree. They BUTCHERED some of my favorite characters, especially Harley Quinn. When are we ever gonna get comic along the line of The Long Halloween or TDKR quality?

Until you get writers as good as Frank Miller (at his prime) and Jeph Loeb.
Although, I disagree with you on Harley. She's one of the few that's already quite strong right now. Her book is quite great.
Looking forward to Batman Eternal and Futures' End. Everything else is meh at the moment. Not even excited about the last Forever Evil issue. It's already obvious what they're trying to do.

I was lowkey hoping they'd go back to the original universe, but it looks like their keeping it.
I sorta like the Batman and Robin comic, but that's because Damian Wayne slays, so.

Batman And Robin right now is actually pretty good. It's also gotten great reviews and their making a short animated movie about it.

I'm kinda enjoying the Forever Evil/Arkham War series and the new Harley Quinn series 
Im also loving Professor Pyg getting more villain recognition. I stan for Pyg so bad you have no idea. Pyg for a villain in Arkham Knight
