Idk, maybe just try reaching out to someone whenever you see something ignorant being said and try to educate them as to why it's wrong. It's something that has to be an effort practiced by everyone, one person can't just do it alone.

Sorry, but I don't think so. The point here is to expose members for the words they are supposed to stand behind. By not fully quoting them, we'd basically be disconnecting them from their act and make ther less responsible.
