Kanye West was back in court today over the photographer assault case. This pretrial hearing decides whether West will accept a plea deal or go to trial.
At the end of the hearing, the judge ruled West to complete 250 hours of community service, 24 months probation, 24 private therapy sessions for anger management and one day in county jail.
I literally hate how paparazzi can get celebs in trouble or put in jail. Serves them ****ing right

There is a difference between taking photos and harrasing and provoking someone to get a messy reaction. Not like Kanye's gonna care about 1 day
Thats kinda ********. So much punishment for a provoked attack. Also going through booking and all that for probably a less than 24 hour stay is unnecessary. The judge needs to be pulled. Giving someone a criminal record for one day of jail is not cute and he wouldn't do that if it was a regular citizen. Bye.
