She actually goes back and forth. I feel like some times her make up makes her look older but without it and when it's simple she looks like she's in her early 20s.

I love this pic actually. Even though she is making a weird face, you can see that she has no bags, her face is not saggy, and no crowsfeet or wrinkles are present.
I don't understand the hate from the Hive to Britney, I get the Xtina ones cause they were competition back in the day, but Beyonce and Britney don't have to do anything with each other, they're not even the same genre, the only thing they have in common is that they come from the same generation, and that is no reason for hate

Anyway, I think that Beyoncé looks great and maybe slightly younger than her age (~29,30), but I wouldn't say she looks like she is a teenager or in her early twenties or anything like that.
