Double standards: this new Ukrainian "government" is considered 'legit' by the West, but when Crimea (where as it was previously mentioned most people are Russian) wants to be a part of Russia (because of that 'legit' government and its new 'laws') then it's illegal. Like what?
Crimea should have stayed Ukranian property in my opinion. Putin obviously knew that 2/3 of the people there were Russian & many of them are rich af so joining communistic Russia would obviously benefit them.
I mean he just went there, caused some trouble that led to a national referendum and that's it
Just imagine China threatening the US to give them a city because +50% of the population there are chinese.

but Russia is neither communist country nor poor . They have some weird presidential political system and their economy is strong because they have gas and oil but there is strong corruption and public wealth is not distributed equally among society.
What about Puerto Rico and USA ? or UK and Gibraltar /falklands or how even today 14 African Countries ( ex french colonies ) are still paying Colonial Tax For the Benefits of Slavery and Colonization to France ? That's ok?
