Not exactly new, but there's this French movie called Tell No One with François Cluzet that is pretty incredible. Also the Argentinian, won the Oscar for Foreign Language movie, El Secreto de Sus Ojos, translated to The Secret in Their Eyes.
From more recent releases, I liked Trance from Danny Boyle and Side Effects from Steven Soderbergh.
