Beyoncé and Madonna are the only correct answers, they are smart and great business women. They stay at the top of the Forbes list for a reason. Gaga and Rih are not smart business women, both have filed bankruptcy.

Gaga is always immaculately well-spoken, articulate and she can explain things well. Madonna is witty though and has great comebacks. Mess at Beyonce votes.

Madonna has a 140 IQ and showed her intelligence by always doing the right things at the right time. I think she's the smartest by far. most of the others are led by emotion and let themselves go way too much. beyonce is clearly smart as well. they don't change their idea just by others' perception. they stick to their own beliefs and are mostly right. they have the best natural instincts and are clearly very intelligent.

gaga is all emotion and not earthy enough. when someone critiques her she freaks out and loses it all. using intellectual words doesn't make her smart. and she makes a lot of mistakes. it's her team pre 2012 that was smart.

She has her own company, she manages her empire.

She is a successful business woman, you have to be smart and make the right choices to reach her level of success.
