It is now being said that Ciara's first single "High Price" feat. Ludacris will premiere on Atlanta's V-103, June 16. This was said to be confirmed on a radio commercial drop by Ciara herself. The story sounds really relevant, that's why I posted it. It's said to premiere at midnight on AOL MUSIC as well. Here's the story:
