Madonna, Shakira, Lady Gaga, Kesha, and Lorde all seem to be quite up there, but it's so hard to gauge because so much of what we see of them is behind a ton of manufacturing and label BS, so it's almost impossible to tell how smart the actual people are behind the personas.
She is not intelligent at all.
I am sure you didn't include Shakira because she is on another level.
