You know, I was just thinking. Why does ATRL have the concept of stanbase "leaders"? It's so ingrained into the culture of the site that even I've made jokes about usurping Darren ha throne (
) but it really is a somewhat odd concept, if you think about it (though harmless). Perhaps it's something related to the search for a guiding figure that manifests stanning itself.
